Urban Subdivision Plan

Full plan layout of the Amelia Road and Bent Street residential subdivision. Covers allotment boundaries (Lots 66–142), road geometry with semi-mountable kerb SM3, drainage network (450mm, 300mm and 225mm diameter pipes at 1:40 grade), footpaths, nature strips, property inlets, junction pits, and a proposed 85 × 66m tennis club site.

Longitudinal Section — Amelia Road

Vertical road profile from chainage 0 to 193m at a 2.86% design grade. Design reduced levels tabulated at 20m intervals against natural surface. Earthwork calculations: 811.50m³ fill, zero cut.

Longitudinal section — Amelia Road

Longitudinal Section — Final Project Road

Vertical profile over a 258m chainage at 3.33% grade. Stormwater and sewerage drain crossing points annotated along the alignment. Earthwork calculations: 5,879.76m³ fill, zero cut.

Cross-Sections — Chainage 0 to 193m

Eleven road cross-sections taken at 20m intervals along Amelia Road. Each section compares the design profile against natural surface levels, showing 3% crossfall across the carriageway and 2% on footpaths and nature strips.
